Item Reservation
Since SAP B1 only looks at a soft allocation of stock, our add-on allows a reservation of a stock to a customer in a Sales Order.
Stock Transfer
When purchasing goods from overseas the stock is received in an In Transit warehouse, and the add-on moves the stock from the In Transit warehouse into the stock warehouses.
Connect Credit Note to Paid Invoice
When adding a payment for a sales invoice, the invoice gets closed with no ability to base a credit note on it. This add-on allows the user to create and reference back credit notes based on such invoices.
Disassembly Add-On
SAP B1 has its own production order disassembly function, but the functionality of the add-on gives users the ability to create disassembly production orders based on recovery percentages.
Inventory look-up
We had in mind those businesses which work closely with other legal entities (subsidiaries) of the company. The inventory look-up gives the ability to check stock values in other subsidiaries.
Read Only Items
With this functionality users can be restricted to read only on specific fields not necessarily on the entire form.
Preferred Vendors
You can now restrict users to enter purchase documents only for preferred suppliers defined for specific items.
Master Data Consolidation
In businesses which use SAP Business One in all subsidiaries there is a need to have a unique Item Master Data and Business Partner Master Data in all the legal entities. The add-on provides the functionality to create these in a SBO database and send it to the other legal entities.
